In the Still-Life Drawing, we had to consider DaVinci's six parts of light and focus on line quality, value keys, and composition. I feel that I completed this drawing well, with accurate spacing, proportion, and height of the bases. I also think that I effectively utilized low, middle, and high key values depending on where light hit each object. It was very difficult for me to draw the sunglasses and show that they recess on the page. I also had trouble using different values to create a glass look for the mason jar and its shadow. Overall, I am happy with how this drawing turned out and I feel that I executed each expectation well.
